1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hhh5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of hhh5.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and all financial transaction services.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing hhh5 account, making any deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the hhh5 platform, you conclusively agree to these Terms. Your acceptance is treated as a binding electronic agreement under applicable law.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hhh5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Minimum Age Requirement: The hhh5 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an active account. This is a hard requirement; there are no exceptions.

hhh5 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid identity documentation confirming your name, date of birth, and Bangladesh residential address. Acceptable documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back scan or photograph
• Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page and address page
• Bangladesh driving licence issued by BRTA — front and back

hhh5 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, address, or source of funds. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed successfully.

Geographic Eligibility: The hhh5 platform is designed for use by residents of Bangladesh, including all eight administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Players accessing hhh5 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk, and hhh5 accepts no liability for such access.

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the hhh5 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your NID or passport, a valid and active Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password of your own choice, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify hhh5 support promptly of any changes.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhh5 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. hhh5 will never request your password by email, SMS, or phone call. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — whether by you or by any other person using your credentials — is your full responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.

Account Currency: All hhh5 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No multi-currency accounts are available. All game stakes, bonus amounts, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal requests are calculated and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion fees apply.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods: hhh5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment channels: Mobile wallets — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay; bank transfers — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank; and international cards — Visa and Mastercard where supported.

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit per transaction; however, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) impose their own daily transaction limits, which apply independently of hhh5 policy. Deposits are credited to your hhh5 account balance within 30 seconds of confirmed receipt from the payment provider in the majority of cases.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank are processed within 3 business hours on weekdays. Withdrawals submitted on public holidays in Bangladesh may take up to 24 hours. hhh5 charges no fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed full KYC verification. Additionally, any deposited funds that have been matched to an active bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. Funds that are not subject to any active bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hhh5 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and cricket betting enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above who have successfully completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated as repeatable.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable directly; only winnings generated from bonus play that satisfy the wagering requirement become withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states a different figure, the standard wagering requirement on hhh5 deposit bonuses is 30× the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any portion becomes withdrawable. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports betting wagers contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonus offers have an expiry period stated on the promotion page. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements on expired bonuses result in the bonus balance being removed from the account without compensation.
• hhh5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring all bonuses already claimed and in progress.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting: All cricket and sports wagers placed on the hhh5 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market displayed at the time of placing the bet. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, hhh5 will apply the standard settlement rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing council) and will publish the applied rule on the bet settlement page.

In-Play (Live) Betting: Live in-play cricket betting markets are available on selected matches. hhh5 reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay settlement of live markets in the event of data feed interruptions, match delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino game outcomes on hhh5 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero. hhh5 does not influence and cannot alter individual game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are those certified by the studios' independent auditors.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game or betting market displays its own minimum and maximum stake limits. hhh5 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual markets or accounts at any time, including imposing lower maximum stakes on accounts that have demonstrated consistent winning patterns that hhh5 reasonably believes are made possible by information advantages not generally available to the public.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round or live bet, hhh5's server-side records are the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. The platform will attempt to complete the game round using the last valid game state recorded server-side. hhh5 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhh5 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Any attempt to register, deposit, or wager by a person under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on hhh5, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using a payment method that does not belong to you, using stolen card or wallet credentials, or initiating chargebacks in bad faith after receiving corresponding services.
• Money Laundering: Using hhh5 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds. hhh5 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering principles and will report suspicious activity as appropriate.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including chip-dumping in poker formats and match-fixing in sportsbook markets.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human agent to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or incorrectly displayed odds to place wagers. Such wagers will be voided at hhh5's discretion.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward hhh5 support staff or other platform users.

8 Security & Privacy

hhh5 employs industry-standard security measures to protect player accounts and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, and server-side session timeout controls. Players are encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings.

All personal data collected by hhh5 during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, banks) solely to the extent necessary to process transactions, and with fraud-detection and compliance service providers under confidentiality agreements.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhh5 and its operators, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hhh5 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

hhh5 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. hhh5 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during such windows or from unplanned outages beyond our reasonable control.

hhh5's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law.

11 Account Termination

Termination by the Player: You may close your hhh5 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

Termination by hhh5: hhh5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe; evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; accounts that have been dormant for 12 consecutive months with no login activity (30 days' advance notice will be given by email before dormant-account closure); or at our reasonable business discretion where continued operation of the account is considered contrary to our integrity or security interests.

Upon account closure by hhh5 for cause (i.e., Terms breach), hhh5 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited. Where investigation finds no breach, balances will be returned within 10 business days.

12 Amendments to Terms

hhh5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hhh5 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will display a prominent notice on the hhh5.io homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the change.

Your continued use of the hhh5 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above. The date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in effect.

Governing Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency.
